Services

What I can do for your business.

Six services. Each one stands on its own, and they compound when you run more than one together.

  • SEO & GEO

Found on Google, and recommended by AI search. Technical, on-page and off-page SEO plus the content strategy behind it.

  • Google & Meta Ads

Full-funnel campaigns with GA4 and GTM tracking that stands up, bringing calls and bookings rather than clicks.

  • Content & copywriting

A plan for what to publish, plus ad copy, landing pages and e-commerce copy written to convert.

  • Websites that sell

WordPress and Shopify builds, plus the conversion work — email capture, landing pages — that turns visitors into buyers.

  • AI marketing automation

Custom agents that handle reporting, content and lead follow-up, so the repetitive half of marketing runs itself.

  • Instagram automation

ManyChat DM flows that answer, qualify and sell around the clock, wired into the rest of the funnel.

Google Ads · August 2026

The most recent month on its own: 509 clicks and 48.5 conversions at 9.53%, with average cost per click at $4.86. Google's own summary notes conversions up 18.5 on the month before.

An AI agent's Google Ads account review listing campaigns with their status, daily budget, seven-day spend, leads and cost per acquisition, plus a flag about a paused campaign.

The agent reviewing the ad account

The AI system I built running its own account review: campaign-by-campaign spend, leads and cost per acquisition, judged against benchmarks — and flagging a paused campaign nobody had recorded a reason for.

Google Search Console comparison: 3.07K clicks in the last six months against 540 in the previous six, 372K impressions against 163K, 0.8% CTR against 0.3%, average position 26.8 against 33.9.

A month view of a booking calendar for May 2026 with roughly one or two jobs a day, every customer name covered by a redaction bar.

The booking calendar · May 2026

What the schedule looked like before. Customer names and addresses are blacked out — the grid is the point, not who is on it.

A month view of the same booking calendar for July 2026, most days carrying three to five jobs with overflow indicators, every customer name covered by a redaction bar.

The booking calendar · July 2026

The same calendar two months later: most days carry three to five jobs, several showing “2 more” and “3 more” beneath. Same redaction.

A terminal running an email agent, listing quoted customers who never replied with the number of days elapsed, every address covered by a redaction bar.

The follow-up agent

An agent reading the inbox and sorting it: 65 people who were quoted and never replied, ranked by how long they have been sitting. Addresses redacted.

A terminal running a lead pipeline that reports a booked site visit, scheduled follow-ups and lead sourcing status, with the prospect's details covered by redaction bars.

The outreach system

Finds prospects, writes the emails, sends the follow-ups, and books the visit into the calendar. The contact's name, phone and company are redacted.

Google Tag Manager container listing tags for GA4, Google Ads conversions and enhanced conversions, calls from website, form submission, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity.

Tag Manager · the tracking underneath

None of the numbers above exist without this. GA4, Google Ads conversions and enhanced conversions, call tracking, form submissions, Meta Pixel and Clarity — wired and fired in Tag Manager.

How I work

The process, start to invoice.

Same four steps on every engagement, in this order, because the order is what makes it work.

  1. Step 1

    Understand the business

Your goals, your buyer, and where the money is leaking. No plan gets written before this.

  2. Step 2

    Organic first

Slower, but it compounds, and it is the most powerful thing you own. Paid ads are the accelerator once the funnel converts.

  3. Step 3

    Build the system

The marketing, plus the AI automation behind it, so results keep arriving with less manual work every month.

  4. Step 4

    Report on outcomes

Leads, sales and cost. Not impressions, not reach, not vanity metrics.

Work

Real clients, measurable results.

The companies I've worked with, and the numbers each engagement produced.

BlueGuard Duct Cleaning

Marketing Manager · Jan 2025 - Present · Ottawa, Canada · Remote

Took a duct-cleaning company to 15x more leads a month

  • Cut cost per acquisition 35% while lead quality went up, not down.
  • Built a full set of service-area pages tuned for AI search (GEO), with content and reporting run by custom AI agents.

AI systems

Marketing systems that run without me watching them.

I don't just run campaigns. I build the AI systems that run them: agents that write, audit, optimize, and report at machine speed, while I keep the final say.

BlueGuard Marketing Agent

An autonomous growth machine

One AI system that runs SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads for an HVAC brand. Every channel is kept separate, every change needs my approval before it goes live, and the whole thing chases one goal: a lower cost per lead.

Marketing & Growth

I run the whole loop rather than one channel of it. Find the demand in search, buy what search cannot reach, then fix the page both of them land on. BlueGuard's pipeline came from that combination working together, not from any single item in this row.

  • SEO & GEO
  • Meta & Google Ads
  • Full-funnel strategy
  • CRO
  • Content strategy

AI & Automation

If I have to do something twice, I teach a machine to do it the third time. Custom agents write BlueGuard's service-area content and run the reporting that used to eat a full day every week. The hours that buys back go into strategy, which is the part you are actually paying for.

  • AI coding agents
  • Agent workflows
  • Custom tool integrations
  • Prompt engineering
  • Workflow automation
  • Vibe coding

Analytics & Platforms

Tracking goes in before the spend does, because a number you cannot trust is worse than no number at all. GA4 and GTM first, then the rebuild. That order is why the figures in the charts above are measured rather than estimated.

About

I run the marketing, then build the machine that runs it.

I'm Rupom Karmoker, a digital marketing manager working out of Barishal, Bangladesh. For three years I've run growth remotely for companies in Canada, Australia, and Bangladesh — which means someone is awake and working on your account when your competitors' agencies are asleep.

I started agency-side, moved into e-commerce growth, and today I run marketing for a Canadian home-services brand while building the AI systems that operate it. My rule is simple: if I have to do something twice, I teach a machine to do it the third time. That habit has bought back hundreds of hours I now spend on strategy instead of spreadsheets.

One half of me listens to people. The other half chases numbers. Hire me and you get both.

FAQ

Straight answers, no marketing fluff.

The questions clients ask before they hire me, answered plainly enough for a search engine or an AI assistant to quote directly.

What does a digital marketing manager who also builds AI automation actually do?

I run full-funnel growth marketing (SEO, GEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads) and then build the AI agents that handle the repetitive parts of that work automatically, so campaigns keep improving without me manually rewriting reports or content every week.

Do you work with businesses outside Bangladesh?

Yes. I've managed marketing remotely for companies in Canada, Australia, and Bangladesh for the past three-plus years. Time zones have never been the constraint; the work is asynchronous and the reporting is written, not verbal.

What is GEO, and why does it matter alongside SEO?

GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) means structuring content so AI systems like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews cite it directly, not just so it ranks in classic search results. I run SEO and GEO together. For one client I built a full set of service-area pages written specifically to be quoted by AI search.

How fast can I expect results from a marketing engagement?

Most clients see the first measurable lift, meaning more qualified leads or a lower cost per acquisition, within 60 to 90 days. My BlueGuard Duct Cleaning engagement grew monthly leads 15x within three months while cutting cost per acquisition by roughly 35%.

What tools and platforms do you work in?

Day to day: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Semrush, and Ahrefs for strategy and reporting, plus WordPress and Shopify for builds. On the automation side, I build custom AI agents and workflows with Claude Code and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Can AI automation replace a human marketer?

No, and I don't design it to. My agents write drafts, audit accounts, and generate reports at machine speed, but every decision that affects a brand's direction or budget stays with me. Automation removes hundreds of hours of repetitive work, not the judgment calls.

How do I get started working with you?

Send a message through the contact form or email rupomwk@gmail.com with a short summary of your goals. I reply within 24 hours, usually faster, and the first conversation is just to figure out whether I'm the right fit.
